Serial killer Buffalo Bill is on the loose, and it’s up to rookie FBI agent Clarice Starling to capture him. To do this, she must ask for expert advice from the insane yet expert psychologist Hannibal Lecter. Besides Buffalo Bill’s pursuit, it’s the unsettling conversations between Lecter and Starling that have frightened moviegoers everywhere. Anthony Hopkins proved himself as the master of unsettling and earned The Silence of the Lambs from the Big Five Academy Awards. Even the first Best Picture Oscar ever given to a horror film.
