The movie that sent ripples throughout the film industry because it was the first one to show a toilet. No really. Well, to be fair, it pushed the social norms of acceptable violence and sexuality in film, but still. Anyway, Psycho tells the story of a young woman who goes on the run after stealing money from her company, and how her disappearance leads to the discovery of a disturbing secret. The movie was a massive success, with long lines at movie screenings and earning millions at the box office. It’s considered a horror classic for a reason.
