Charlie Chaplin is back and he is able to speak this time! As usual for Chaplin, The Great Dictator harshly criticizes the Nazi moment with a comedic edge. The film satirizes Hitler and his regime by following a Jewish barber as he avoids capture from Nazi soldiers.
