More people probably know about the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World than the graphic novel that inspired it. Scott Pilgrim is a 23-year-old slacker who only cares about playing base for the Sex Bob-Ombs and dating his girlfriend Knives Chau. Who just so happens to be a high schooler. Scott was happy living a comfortable life mooching off his roommate Wallace Wells until he met a girl rollerblading through his dreams. Scott had to find out who this girl was and learned three things about her. Her name was Ramona Flowers. She delivers packages for Amazon.ca, and she has seven evil exes he must defeat in single combat before he can date her. Scott Pilgrim is a charming and thought-provoking love story about growing up, moving on from past trauma, and getting a life.
